Article 1 This charging method shall be formulated in accordance with the provisions of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Lawyers and the Price Law of the People's Republic of China and in accordance with the international legal service charging practice.
Article 2 This charging method is based on the full consideration of the following factors.
1, the professionalism and complexity of lawyer legal services;

4, the degree of professional duties of the lawyer and the client designated.
Article 3 The charging method mainly deals with the following legal services:
1, legal advice;
2, lawyers witness;
3, non-litigation individual legal affairs;
4, economic civil litigation and arbitration agent;
5, administrative litigation arbitration and reconsideration of the agent;
6, legal adviser;
7, the criminal case agent.
The fees and charges of the securities legal services of the firm shall be formulated separately.
Article 4 The lawyer's legal service charges are calculated in the following ways:
1, calculated on the basis of the basic acceptance fee and the total amount of the subject matter subject to the dispute;

Article 5 When a lawyer provides legal services, he shall provide the customer with the relevant fee statement in accordance with the present Measures and set out the entrustment, the amount of the fee, the mode of calculation, the time of payment and other related matters in the entrustment contract. After the firm charges the customer, a formal receipt of the solicitor must be issued. Lawyers are not allowed to charge themselves.
Article 6 Lawyers' answers Legal advice is based on the length of time.
To answer the domestic customer's legal advice, every 30 minutes charges 500 yuan;
Answer the legal advice of foreign customers, every 30 minutes to pay 1,000 yuan;

Article 9 Charges for Economic, Civil Litigation and Arbitration Legal Affairs Agents:

Article 10 Charges for Administrative Litigation, Arbitration and Reconsideration Agents:

Article 11 Charges for Legal Counsel:

The legal adviser shall entrust a lawyer to handle other legal affairs and shall be charged at 80% of the corresponding fee.
Article 12 Charges for Criminal Cases Agents:
According to the complexity of the case, the effective working hours and the defense effect of the lawyer, the basic admissibility fee for the lawyer's criminal case is RMB 3,000 yuan -30,000 per litigation stage.
If the two sides negotiate, higher or lower than the above standard fees, subject to the approval of the firm.
Article XIII lawyers to implement the case, the appeal of the charges:

Customer and lawyers agreed on the risk of fees, according to the actual implementation or the amount of 10% -30% of the standard fee charged.

Article 15 Where a lawyer represents a major, difficult and complicated legal affairs or entrusts a client to handle a foreign-related business, the amount of the fee may be increased appropriately, but the maximum shall not exceed 200% of the amount stipulated in the fee.
Article 16 Fees for the provision of legal services by lawyers:

Article 17 A solicitor shall pay the travel expenses, accommodation and other travel expenses of the lawyer separately according to the reasonable standard.
Lawyers in the city for commissioned matters involved in the process of transportation, communications and other expenses paid by the customer.
Article 18 The fees, fees, translation fees, photocopying fees, communication fees and other necessary expenses incurred by lawyers in the process of providing legal services to clients shall be paid by the customer by reimbursement documents.
Article 19 A lawyer shall provide legal services in the following cases and shall waive the fees and charges as appropriate:
1, except for compensation for damages (except for liability);

3, the request for relief, pensions and labor insurance;

The fees and charges for legal services not listed in this charging scheme may be determined in consultation with the clients in the light of the present Measures.
